STRAWBERRY FARM... ( Genting Highlands)

 

Genting Strawberry Leisure Farm is an interesting place that located at Gohtong Jaya, Genting Highlands.It one of the attraction that have in Genting other  than Genting Highland theme park.If you are driving up to Genting Highland, you should visit Genting Highland strawberry farm .The fee are free. 

There not only have strawberry farm but also have a few key locations, which are Flower Farm, Organic Bean Sprout, Mushroom Farm and Strawberry Farmhouse Cafe. Genting strawberry farm have  grows 100,000 juicy red strawberries. At Genting strawberry farm you can choose either pick your own strawberry or buy a packed one at the counter, it only RM 15 per box. If you want self pick, you need take a basket at the counter or from farm assistant that wandering inside the farm than you can pick your own strawberry. The price is RM6 per 100 grams, and it is the minimum weight for you to have. 

After paid for the strawberry you can go to the Strawberry Farmhouse Cafe, there you can taste various beverages and pastries concocted from fresh strawberries plucked from Genting Strawberry Leisure Farm. There you can refresh yourself after walk around with drink, ice cream, wafer and other product that were based on strawberries. Other than strawberry you also can have a walk at the mushroom, proud bean and flower farm. You also can buy fresh vegetables with reasonable price. 

 Before go home you should go to strawberry showroom that state near the exit, which actually the souvenir shop selling all-strawberry themed items like strawberry sandal, strawberry pillow, strawberry chocolate, strawberry key chain-shirt, decoration item, mug and pewter product .Genting strawberry leisure farm is one of the interesting place that you should visit especially for the strawberry lover.
